Exchange Policy

At AYVO, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something is not quite right, we offer an exchange on eligible items under the following conditions.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as received.
Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom stitched orders tailored to your measurements
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after receipt
Sale or discounted items
Items without original tags or packaging

Please Note — No Returns

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns. We offer exchanges only. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to guide you.

Delivery Charges for Exchanges

The customer is responsible for all delivery charges when sending an item back for exchange. This includes:

The cost of returning the item to us
The cost of re-delivery of the exchanged item to you

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at uk.ayvo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address within 1 – 2 working days.
Send the item back using a tracked delivery service at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your exchange within 3 – 5 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at uk.ayvo@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve this for you promptly at no additional cost.
